Hayley Vinchattle, MLS

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology in 2018 after completing the Medical Laboratory Science Program at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Over the past seven years, I have worked the night shift in a complex pediatric transfusion service, where I developed a strong foundation in immunohematology and patient-centered laboratory care.

During that time, I began pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Laboratory Science (DCLS) at Rutgers University. I am currently completing the final year of the program through my clinical residency at the Iowa City VA Health Care System, where I continue to expand my expertise in advanced laboratory medicine and clinical consultation.
