Jennifer Harris, DCLS, MLS(ASCP)SBBcm

Jennifer has over 23 years of experience as a clinical laboratory scientist (CLS), including 14 years in supervisory roles at both community hospitals and one of the largest academic medical centers in the country. She began her career as a generalist before specializing in transfusion medicine, working across adult and pediatric hospital settings as well as in a reference laboratory focused on the manufacturing side of transfusion services.

Currently, Jennifer serves as the laboratory medical director for a start-up CLIA-certified laboratory and is Doctor of Clinical Laboratory Science. She is passionate about quality, regulatory compliance, and education. Her work is driven by a commitment to excellence in laboratory results and a desire to share her knowledge in ways that are both accurate and impactful.
