Michele Palermo is a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS[ASCP]) and New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) who graduated from the College of Staten Island in 2021. She combines hands-on lab expertise with a passion for medical education, specializing in board prep content, patient-focused lab explanations, and troubleshooting guides for fellow professionals.

Michele has tutored many students preparing for the ASCP certification exam and runs an active MLS education platform. Before clinical lab work, she gained valuable research experience that deepened her understanding of lab techniques. Through this platform, Michele creates clear, practical content that helps students, professionals, and patients better understand the world of laboratory science.
