Perla Gilman, MS, MLS (ASCP), NRAEMT

Perla Gilman (she/her/hers) is the Medical Laboratory Technician and Medical Laboratory Assistant Program Director, Professor, Clinical Coordinator, and Department Chair at Bunker Hill Community College in Charlestown, Massachusetts. She holds a BS in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Vermont (2013) and an MS in Clinical Laboratory Science from UMass Lowell (2020). With 10 years in the field, Perla teaches courses ranging from hematology to phlebotomy.

Perla maintains active clinical practice as a lab supervisor and technical consultant at All Care Medical in Salem, NH. Additionally, Perla serves as Lieutenant of EMS Training Officer and Advanced EMT for Sandown Fire and Rescue in New Hampshire.
